Information we collect

The booking form collects a purchaser email address, ticketholder names, NUS student status, NUSNET IDs where supplied, ticket quantities, voucher details and a payment screenshot. The screenshot is stored with the order and shared with ticketing admins in Telegram for approval. Check-in records include the time each ticket is scanned.

How we use it

We use this information to manage orders, verify student eligibility, email approved tickets and record entry. Payment is self-declared and orders require organiser approval.

Storage and sharing

Authorised Limelight Musicals organisers review booking information. The ticket flow also uses Telegram to share payment screenshots with ticketing admins and Gmail to deliver approved tickets. Booking information is not sold.

Your choices

You may ask the Limelight Musicals committee to correct or remove your booking information, subject to records that must be retained for operational or legal reasons.
